Chloé joins forces with Made For A Woman, a social entrepreneurship in Madagascar dedicated to empowering local artisans and their families, to create the hand-woven Banana tote bag, so named for the accompanying gold-tone charm. It's part of a collaboration with the World Fair Trade Organisation to create the first Fair Trade-verified luxury collection that's ethically produced and environmentally responsible.
Founded in 1952 by Gaby Aghion, Chloé upended the formal traditions of couture fashion with its bohemian aesthetic. Under icons including Karl Lagerfeld, and now Creative Director, Chemena Kamali, it continues to draw on this rich heritage to appeal to modern generations of Chloé girls, drawn to its free-spirited femininity.
