Inspired by the photographs of her father's road trip to Zimbabwe in the '80s, Alighieri designer Rosh Mahtani created this 'Link of Wanderlust' necklace as a "symbol of human connection" and the "unspoken bond" she has with her dad. Crafted in London from gold-plated recycled bronze, the abstract charm is suspended from a black Japanese cord that can be adjusted using the ties at each side.
Founded in 2014, Alighieri creates jewellery inspired by Dante Alighieri’s ‘Divine Comedy’. Its ‘Modern Heirlooms’ are all handcrafted in London. Core pieces are cast in recycled bronze before being plated in gold, or made in solid sterling silver, supplied by certified members of the Responsible Jewellery Council.
